Information Service

On 1 July 2008 the Information Service transferred from SATER into the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS). The Information Service continues to be on the ground floor of CA House, 21 Haymarket Yards, Edinburgh EH12 5BH - Map

The Information Service is still open to all users, is free of charge to visit and no appointment is necessary. Members of the public can use the library as a reference facility. Please contact us to find out more about how to borrow items or how the staff can help you.

The Information Service is an excellent source of information on accountancy, auditing taxation and related subject fields such as company law, insolvency, and management. This is in the form of books, journals, official publications, newspapers and online resources.

The library catalogue is available Online and can be used to search the book collection remotely. Please contact us if you would like to borrow a particular item, or find out more about the stock.

The Information Service is a member of the Edinburgh Library Passport scheme, which gives users access to over 20 libraries in Edinburgh. More information is available here.
